My printer isn’t wide enough for some of your Grand Format fabrics, do you have slitting capabilities?
Yes, we are able to slit to any width with an accuracy of +/- 0.25”. If you specify, we can also sonic slit the edges of the roll so they don’t get stuck in your printer.

There is no charge for sample books or sample rolls of material. Turnaround time for sample rolls is 2-3 business days. If something is needed faster than ground shipping we ask that the customer pay for this charge.
Can you send me an FR Certificate on a particular style?
Yes, but sometimes, No. Since FR Certificates are based on lot number, we are happy to send copies of the certificates to customers who have purchased the style from us. If you have purchased the fabric from another source, or have never purchased the fabric we are not able to provide an FR Certificate because we have no way of knowing what lot number your roll originated from.

All of our Dye Sublimation fabrics are prepared for print, heat set at extremely high temperatures and dwell time. Optical brighteners are also added to give our fabrics the highest definition of white.
